Refund Policy

Please check processing times and verify shipping information before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we can not guarantee an update if such information was missed or incorrect.

Because many items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created to order, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

the Witch's Attic may approve cancellation of an order prior to said order being shipped if the products are not custom. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and such cancellations cannot always be guaranteed. 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at the.witchs.attic.apothecary@gmail.com with:


- Your order number  
- Photos of the item and packaging  
- A brief description of the issue  

If approved, we will offer a replacement or shop credit. We retain the right to disapprove any dispute at our sole discretion. 

 

Once a package is marked "In Transit," the Witch’s Attic is no longer responsible for this package, the care of this package, nor for lost or stolen parcels. If your package goes missing, please contact your local carrier.
